Because we deal in heavy machinery and large outdoor structures, our return process is specially tailored to handle freight logistics. If you need to return an eligible item within our return window, please contact our support team. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and help you coordinate the freight pickup to ensure the equipment is transported safely.
Yes, we continuously restock our inventory of generators, mowers, and outdoor gear. If a specific piece of equipment is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications directly on the product page. For high-demand machinery or seasonal items, you can also reach out to our sales team for the most accurate lead times.
We ship across the contiguous United States. Due to the size, weight, and value of many of our products, items are often shipped via specialized LTL freight carriers. Please note that freight deliveries require a valid, physical street address and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. For oversized equipment, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
